Refund policy
There will be no changes or refundable after transaction completed. We, Stanna Hemma will arrange a prompt replacement if the item arrived is damaged, lost, not to your ordered specifications, or defected parts. Request for a replacement by contact us at 603-61405515 or email us at hello@stannahemma.com with your order id, name and contact number.
Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:
- Within 7 days after delivery
- New condition and unused
- Original packaging
- Either the item is self-returned to our warehouse or RM 180 pickup will be charged.

Our 7-day return policy does not apply to cut fabric, plants, used beddings, goods ordered to your specifications, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, and incorrect self-assembly.
Stanna Hemma reserves the right to reject any returns if items does not meet all of the above condition.
